The Addicott House, Truckee, CA

Greg Faulkner designed the Addicott house to optimize the meadow views that are so important in the Lohantan community, in Truckee, CA.  It is nestled down in the front of the site as to preserve the existing pine trees on the property.  The project is focused on outdoor living while still being inside so many of the rooms open out on to enclosed porches.  The displaced earth on the site will be turned into rammed earth and used as the perimeter foundation.
