The Downes House, Truckee, CA

The Downes residence is located at the top of Northstar and was designed to show off the elevation and views of the moon rising over Mt. Rose at the beginning of the day and the reflection of the sunset on Mt. Rose at the end of the day.  An luxurious ski in ski out Mountain home located on the slopes of Northstar.  The avid skier/snowboarder’s dream, the beauty of this house is complemented with breathtaking views of Mt. Rose and the surrounding forest.
