The Peterson House, Truckee, CA

The Peterson House is the first house in Lahontan, Truckee CA that has a flat roof design.  Greg Faulkner focused on the lot and designed the house around it to sit low around a natural rock outcropping. The modern mountain living architectural design will allow the inhabitants to feel like they are living outside while enjoying the warmth and coziness of living in a ‘smart’, efficient house that utilizes reclaimed hardwood and heated concrete floors.
