The Starter Pavilion was awarded the Merit Award in 1998 from American Institute of Architects of the Central Valley.  The perfect picnic/BBQ camp spot…  This award winning building located on the organic greens of the Lahontan Golf Course in Truckee, CA opens up to fire pits and BBQ’s and is a fun and functional gathering spot for friends.
 
Constructed by: Kitchell Custom Homes.   Completed: 1998.
