The Sunset House, Truckee, CA

The Sunset Magazine Idea House for 2007 is designed by local Truckee Architect, Greg Faulkner of Faulkner Architects with sustainable design being the focus.  It is located in the beautiful development of Gray’s Crossing, Truckee, California.  With in 10 minutes drive to world class golf courses like the new Nicholaus Course at Old Greenwood, Coyote Moon at Tahoe Donner and Lahontan.  One can spend a day of recreation at Lake Tahoe or Donner Lake on the speed boat wakeboarding.  There are dog friendly accommodations and fine to casual dining in both private and public communities such as Gray’s Crossing, Lahontan, Schaffers Camp, Old Greenwood, Coyote Moon.  This is the perfect place to raise a family and become part of the growing Truckee at Tahoe community.
